Battlefield Bad Company 2 Redeem Code Problem

I have problem with battlefield bad company 2. I have this error after put key in Redeem Product Code, after put code i click next, givme me 2 option:

Battlefield: Bad Company™ 2 (German, English US, Spanish Spain, French, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Russian)
Battlefield: Bad Company™ 2 Digital Deluxe Edition (German, English US, Spanish Spain, French, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Russian)

I check first Battlefield: Bad Company™ 2 and click next, and after received this message :

We're sorry, this code cannot be redeemed here. Please redeem your code at the following site: https://activate.ea.com/applyentitlement.do. FAQ.

How resolved this?

I bought the  Activation Code http://www.pcgamesupply.com

I resolved this problem, i contact support EA and now all is good, thank you.
