Battlefield Commander App

Hello, dear EA.

I with my friend have recently bought BF4 Premium edition on PS4.

I remember the arvertisement about ability to play on the go as Commander on iPad. I downloaded battlelog, pressed to join as commander and on my ipad App Store has opened, stated that application is not available on my region.

We live in Estonia, so we use Estonian App Store here. We also have used russian app store and this app is not available there also.

Is there any info, when this app will be available in Estonian App Store to download? Right now i feel like i was fooled by advertisement.

P.S. Please don't give advise to register US App store account, because it is really unconvenient to change store accounts, and so on.
