Have you tried clearing your Cookies and Browser Cache in the phone's web browser that you're using?

I had not tried that yet, so I did today. I did the following:
- Opened Chrome app
- Deleted "Browsing History", "Cookies and site data", "Cached images and files", and "Site data" for "All time"
- Then, opened Battlefield app and tapped Login. I received the same error message as before.
- I repeated Step 2.
- I then restarted my Android phone.
- I opened Battlefield app again and tapped Login. I received the same error message as before.
Any other suggestions?

Hey @schmidtbk09,
Can you try uninstalling/reinstalling the Battlefield Companion App on your Phone, and logging in with your Credentials?

Sorry for the late reply. I uninstalled and then installed the Battlefield Companion app today. I received the exact same error as I originally posted.

Have you tried logging on with your Desktop PC, or another Source, and seeing if you get the same Error?
