Sorry to hear about the issue you've been experiencing with this.
Have you tried using a different Web Browser, and clearing the cookies/cache or using incognito mode?

From how widespread this issue seems to be, I have a feeling this is a legitimate bug in the battlefield companion. No solutions seem to work, but it seems they don't care enough to fix it!
