Battlefield Companion mobile app fails to connect

Hello,

Since a few days ago when the Battlefield Companion mobile app is starting it fails to start properly. It gives an error message saying:

”Application error

Application couldn’t be loaded correctly

Please try again”

Tried to start the app using both Wi-Fi and cellular connections and the problem persists, probably not an issue on my end then.

Anyone else experiencing this?

  • Hi @Venluna no, definitely not an issue on your end. Both the app and the site have been down for everyone for a few days now. Fingers crossed it gets sorted as it's a handy tool.
  • The battle log app doesn't work at all now. It just says "application error". I have seen in the Google play store that a lot of people have been having this problem over the last week or so.  I have done everything possible, like, uninstall the app, restarting the app, restarting my phone, etc etc.  It is definitely faulty and not working from your end. 

    I have noticed in game bf4 battle log also doesn't work. 

     This is getting pathetic now and your reputation is absolutely sliding away from you.

    Please do something about this. Just not good enough for a triple A game or company.
