BattleField Hardline 4 Keeps Freezing near the end of Episode 7?

Not sure anybody else has experienced this... But I recently purchased this game and was enjoying it. I get up to Episode 7 and make it to the airfield. I died once for some reason it stopped working. Out of  frustration, I started the game over and the SAME THING HAPPENED!!!! Of course, EA has now "revamped" their Cutomer service line and sends me to the HelpEA website....EPIC FAILURE!!!! I just want to play my games with no glitches....
