Battlefield Hardline activation code issues

Good day! i purchased a BFH (PC dvd rom) a week ago from jbhifi. installed it and activated the code on origin platform

and everything worked perfectly. Now i tried to play BFH but game is missing on origin and stated that "need to activate the code" I uninstalled origin and BFH to see whether it will work after installing all contents again. I need help regarding this issue. I would really appreciate your assistance.

written in retrospect, I tried to install BFH via Disc and activation window appeared tried to use the activation code from the dvd but it said that the code is now in used. please i really need help regarding this issue. i can show proof of purchased and dvd item. i dont know how to deal with this matter at this stage. i need some assistance. I will really appreciate it if you could help on this one.
