battlefield hardline all classes resetting

hi, yesterday, i was playing hardline, in the middle of the match, i went to menu to change weapon, so i noticed that i lost everything, money, guns, perks and level. i was level 69, with almost all guns, im really sad now because that was my first time with the m82, acw-r, l85, and other guns that i've earned by packages that you gived to players... will you do something about it???
