Battlefield Hardline Error Could not join server (1)

Does anyone know what this means "Error Could not join server ⚽" or why it comes up every time a try to join a server? Also I repaired the game and reinstalled both punkbuster and origin none of whic...

I have found a fix that has worked for me, read it somewhere online so i cant exactly give credit to the guy that found it. 

1. Start the campaign (from the browser, it may take up to 10 minutes to open)

2. Go back to the browser (don't exit the game just close , use windows button) 

3. Join a server and go back to Battlefield Hardline

4. Enjoy

If you still got problems or don't understand ask and I will probably make a video.
