Battlefield Hardline Error Could not join server (1)

Does anyone know what this means "Error Could not join server ⚽" or why it comes up every time a try to join a server? Also I repaired the game and reinstalled both punkbuster and origin none of whic...

So can anyone tell me what to do to fix this I have been trying to play online since launch. I can get into the single player but not the multiplayer  please help.
