Did you have any problems during the installation of the game? Have you tried closing down background tabs your Xbox One is using (such as settings or profile, these stay open if you don't shut down their process), and then playing the mission again?
If you would like to contact an EA Advisor for Battlefield Hardline like you asked, you will need to visit http://help.ea.com/en/battlefield/battlefield-hardline/. Select 'Contact Us' and then 'New Case'. This will open a ticket for you so you can talk to an EA Advisor via live chat.

10 years agoNo problems during installation. No other tabs open. About to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game :-(

- Anonymous10 years agoWhat I did to trigger this issue was...
I'm on veteran, I believe I set off the alarm, opened the door with the crow bar... Seen the quick clip of the escape then... I decided I wanted to do the level without sounding the alarm. By mistake I restarted the episode instead of the checkpoint. I played through the episode again, now it won't continue.
Hope this helps someone troubleshoot.
