Be sure to hit the "Me Too" button if you are also having this issue (located at the first comment). The more that it is hit, the more likely it will be handled faster.
I have spoken with EA, was given a case number and forwarded to their technical team to help me. They acknowledged that their is a campaign issue and forwarded me the link to this thread and told me to make sure and hit the "me too" button.
They were very honest, but at this moment, they are powerless and I believe them. This needs a patch and the more people that speak up, the faster it will get acknowledged and completed.
thanks rudolfien. This actually worked. After tagging all the cocaine, go to the gator farm first, where you see the dead gator as evidence, then go to the logging station. Don't stop at an area yet, look around while in the boat to be sure that is the logging station. If you're there first, turn back and go to the gator farm first, then go to the logging station, then to the stadium, then you will open the door with the crowbar and proceed as normal.
EA needs to fix this for others though.
