Xbox one it keeps freezing I can'teven play for 20 seconds It worked just fine before the last update I'd like to know if there's a way I could play without freezing every time I start a game

    Just began this game on XB1 on Jan 14 2016, and the first 2-3 days were fine for MP.  Then beginning on Jan 17, I'm experiencing the same freeze ~30 seconds into a match; have to quit to the dashboard and restart the game.  Very frustrating and inconvenient.  Hard reboot of the console did nothing.

      I've been trying to get a hold of EA through email or phone and no luck. How do you charge people $60 for a broken game. Not only $60 for the game but an additional $50 for a season pass that I can't even use because the game crashes every single time? I was a big fan of battlefield but after this I don't know if I could ever trust an EA game ever again. I wish somebody would contact me about this because it's unacceptable.
