Also, where can I file an official complaint against two members of staff on the official EA customer service chat service? They were rude, didn't listen and were more interested in closing the chat than assisting me with my query.
They did eventually close chat without warning for no reason other than to get rid of me. Is this what EA's customer service is about?
I checked the server browser and I found only 3 CA server. 2 in europe, 1 in the USA and all of them empty. The reason of this is the lack of players what is not a new thing. To compare Hardline to BF4. At the moment, wordwide, on every platform, 17,443 ppl play Hardline and 89,418 playing BF4. Most of the Hardline players are on basic maps, so your purchase didnt was the best investment.
EA have customer service centre in Ireland and one in the USA. I cant find any option to complain.
