battlefield hardline origin account

Im trying to get on multiplayer for Battlefield Hardline on my xbox one and it is say I need a origin account so I got on my computer or my tablet and made a new account this was the first account Ihave ever made with them and it work then I go back to my xbox one and type in my origin and it keeps tetelling me that this id already exists but I got a confirmation email from origin letting me no my account was made I need help
