Battlefield hardline password rest

Hi everyone I’ve recently went back to playing Xbox after moving to pc I created account on my pc for EA I downloaded hardline back onto my Xbox to be met with the following message (found in screenshot) I have no idea what account my Xbox would be linked to I’ve tried hours to find it can anyone help would be appreciated
