11 years agoIf you are not able to see the game in your Origin games library (check out the option "show: all games" and "show: hidden games") and don't have a receipt in your Origin order history, I recommend to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor to check if your payment/activation was completed properly: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=battlefield-hardline
As we are a community driven board, we have no insight in your account for security reasons.
