Battlefield Hardline Premium bought but no download PS4

I bought Premium for hardline and it briefly flashed up ready for download and then the page disappeared, if I select Premium from the store it goes to the page but will not go to the download page, ...

Hello,

Have you already entered your Battlefield Hardline Premium Code? For account-specific questions I generally recommend to get in touch with an EA Advisor using the new Help Center.

    Thank you but I haven't got any hardline premium code but I have a bank statement with the money taken out on it. Thank you for you advise I will try the options you have given me
