At no point was it stated that the gun benches are currently available, EA are allowed to advertise upcoming releases as long as they stay in line with Advertising Standards which they have done. I understand your frustration but as a premium member you will have access to this feature the minute it is released. The longer they take to do it usually means the better it is.

two weeks later, still no sign of features i paid for, game on pc is almost dead and im still pissed as fk

I havn't seen any official announcement yet. I don't know what you expect to gain by complaining to a forum where gamers help fellow gamers, mostly with technical issues, but you wont get your Gunbench any faster and the developers and Visceral staff are on Battlelog / Twitter so they wont see it either.
