Battlefield Hardline Shortcut not unlocking weapons?

I'm playing on PC. I've reset the game multiple times now and none of the additional weapons have been unlocked. The add-on also shows that it has been added when I look at the Origin Store. The game still requires me to purchase all weapons with the in-game currency.

Hey @Jester55two I would recommend speaking with an advisor, in this case, to have them look at your account and why the shortcut might not be applying in game.
