Battlefield Hardline Shortcut not unlocking weapons?

Hi there, I recently purchased the Hardline Ultimate Shortcut Unlock, which says it unlocks all progression weapons. However, when I open Hardline up, I don't have all the weapons unlocked? Am I mis...

@Jester55two Is it all weapons that haven't unlocked or just some of them?

@ElliotLH , ir's all of them. I'm still required to pay the in-game currency to unlock any and all of the weapons. I didn't unlock the assignment-based weapons either but I figure that's not by-passable
