I try and play battlefeild hardline online but it says connection with ea online was lost

I have actually tried doing this already and completely reinstalling the game.
did you try deleting the title update?
Like I said I moved my saves to a flash drive, deleted everything else and reinstalled.
are you able to connect to ea online services through other games?
Yep I have no problem connecting to battle log and playing multiplayer battlefield 4.
