battlefield hardline xbox one

I have purchased the digital copy of bfh on xbox1 pre release, just last week I wanted to pay for the deal to get all 4 map packs and what ever else is included. The cost of this expansion is 49.99 right? Since I'm a truck driver and I'm on the road all the time, I wanted it also digital. Online it gave me 2 options. Option 1 delux got 49.99. it says all 4 map packs and everything else is included. Option 2 was ultimate 99.99$ it included a copy of the game. Since I have a copy I purchased the 49.99$ one. I had a one gig something download, and it shows the maps and new game play, it also shows on my main screen premium, but when I try to join I've of the new maps, it asks me to purchase it. So now I push on purchase it and it takes me to next screen were it says installed. Please help. Was I sold something different then I read? Did I have to purchase the 99.99$ one? Kinda silly to have 2 digital copies of the same game.
