Battlefield one ranks and weapons lost

After not playing for a while I started playing Battlefield 1 again and I noticed that when I'm in a match I can change my weapons and have my class rank show up but when I customise my soldier out of...

    Same here, Haven't played since around launch and all my ranks and weapons are gone.  I would of been fine with that but Im still the same level so that's a loss in warbonds I refuse on.  I've noticed that using the companion app and website allows you to see what you unlocked.  You can also equip your stuff there but for me it doesnt translate ingame.  WHat that means is they still have your unlocks on record but the game save doesnt.

Hey @jacjacjacgaming @My_Name_Is_Zyxxy,

This is a known issue, and is currently being taken a look at.

Don't worry, you haven't lost any progress or anything, you should still be able to equip your weapons/gadgets while you're in a Match.

While you're in the Customize Soldier menu, unfortunately everything is locked, and Ranks/Warbonds are not showing correctly.

Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

I just purchased the premium pass and logged into BF1 for the first time in a while.  I am also missing my class ranks and war bonds on the customize soldier screen.  EA support told me to play a few games to allow the server to sync, but that did nothing.  They told me to wait a day... I waited... that also did nothing.  I'm reading that other people are having this problem as well.  EA has turned off their chat and email contacts for support according to their website... but I need to know when this is going to be fixed.  If it's not soon, I need to refund on these DLCs while I still can.

Will someone from EA please respond and let us know when this is going to be fixed?!?

    Same, i have a premium pass for battlefield 1. anyone got their classes back because it's December now and I'm still dealing with it. Any help EA ?
