Battlefield soldier 360 to One transfer error.

The transfer, as it warns you when you do it, is a one time thing. You can transfer your soldier once and that's it. I don't know of any way to change that sadly.

Is there anyway for EA, or Battle log to delete that soldier created on xbox one, so that it would prompt it again for a good transfer? And not be an error.

No, as Carbonic stated, once you transfer a soldier you cannot do so again on that account.
