Battlefield Ultimate Shortcut Bundle issues

I just bought the Ultimate Shortcut Bundle for $49.99 from the Playstation store for my PS4 Battlefield.  It says the bundle was installed  on the PS4 screen but I don't see any additional anything unlocked-no vehicles, weapons, nothing.  What am I doing wrong?  Somebody said you have to play for a while before it activates.  Is that true?  What am I doing wrong or what am I not understanding?  Before I contact Playstation to request a refund, I want to know if it is some simple thing on my end.  I have read lots of negative reviews from people about this bundle and don't want to believe I just plunked down 50 bucks for nothing.  Thanks for any advice.

The Ultimate Shortcut kit does not unlock as much as you probably think.  It will only unlock the normal progression weapons, it DOES NOT unlock any of the DLC weapons, assignment weapons, etc.  Also, it does not unlock any of the attachments, only the gun.  You still need to earn the attachments like everyone else.  As far as the vehicles, it will give you the upgrades for the vehicles, it does not unlock vehicles since you can use any vehicle you want anyways.

Here is a screenshot of what the bundle contains:

@bmmcfadden can you post the link to your Battlelog profile so I can look to see if the shortcut has been applied to your profile; it's not coming up in the user search.  If you have not yet linked your PSN account with your origin account it may help to do so by following these instructions:

    Step 1 - Go to www.ea.com

Step 2 - Click on 'Login' in the upper right corner, if you are already logged in, log out.

Step 3 - Now the login form pops up, ignore the textfields and click the PSN button below

Step 4 - A new window pops up that allows you to login with your PSN account.

Step 5 - Now that the EA Server knows that you are the owner of this PSN account and if you already have an EA account you can now login to connect both accounts. In case you don't have an EA/Origin account yet, simply click the link on the right side to create one.

If it doesn't unlock everything related to the weapons and gadgets (not the maps, as it is not related to them), then it's NOT an "ULTIMATE" Shortcut Bundle".

The reason why people are buying this is to keep up with the advanced players after the purchasers left BF4 for awhile, for whatever reason. What is the point of unlocking the guns and not the attachments? How are you supposed to compete against the advantages the others have?

And the item description in PS Store does NOT make it clear.
