Battlefiled 4 server

Please assist I bought a server today and I'm a newbie to that, so I accedently saved the server as a UNRANKED server and now no one can join as it says we rank too hight for a newbie server. I tried every way possible to change it but nothing works. Please help paid quite a bit of money for it so I need it to work 100%.
