You can login through the Medal of Honor Battlelog site. Select your game from the drop-down menu at the top. The https didn't work for me.
the weird thing is that it does work for some in UAE (Not Blocked).
I called some of my friends to try and go to the site and it wasn't blocked and some said its blocked.
The proxy worked for me, but it was a bit laggy.
Changing the url https also worked for me. Go to origin and press on play, when the page comes up just put https:// in the beginning.
