Since you aren't posting from the account you purchased the game on, I can't check myself to verify anything. What platform are you on? If you're on PC, are you double clicking Hardline in the tile?
If so and you're still experiencing the issue, or if you aren't on PC, the motions to go through to get live chat on the contact page would be to select Hardline, your platform, then for Topic select Manage My Account, and Can't Log In. That should direct you to a Live Chat option, depending on your location.

Hello, I play on Ps4 BUT there are no problems there, the problem is on PC when trying to log into Battlelog on my browser.
I have this on all the titles and cannot log in at all.
And this is said account with the Troubles
EDIT: I thought i logged into my older account. I didn't this is the account that has been acting up.

Is your PSN ID the same as your EA Account (as displayed here)?

Okay, I think I've found the issue. It appears that your PSN ID is actually tied to a different EA Account. This would explain why you weren't able to log into Battlelog with the current account you are using.
If you are unable to remember the email address tied to the account, your best bet would be to contact one of our Game Advisors:
Select Origin as the product, PC as the platform, Manage My Account and Can't Log In as the topic and account issue. Once you get to the screen where it asks you to log in, go ahead and select this option:
The Game Advisor should be able to help track down your EA Account with your PSN ID, and get the email address changed so you can log in.
