Battlelog BF4 longin ISSUE: ``Wrong Email and Password´´ error , how to?

So,everything when i start the game via Battlelog,its says: Wrong email and Passsword. it never logs Automatically..

I used to  play BF4 on battlelog in the past and i never saw this kind of issue,i have talked to the Ea customer suport to change the old email address which i lost the acess. but When i try to start bf4,i get that message....Any suggestion?

  • i dont need, i already did. but the BF4.exe.86x keeps saying wrong email and password;;;;

    If you're being told the email and password are wrong, that would be the issue. Please contact an advisor and they'll help get these updated.

    If the Battlelog says you're password is wrong, but you don't get this message when logging into the game, it's possible you're using the wrong account. It would be best to talk to an advisor as we can't help with account issues on Answers HQ.
