Battlelog doesn't load for BF1

Battlelog.com doesn't seem to recognize that I have Bf1, I'm trying to access my things on pc but it's always stuck with a loading circle and no matter how long I leave it be it never loads. I have the game via EA access. Do I need to actually purchase the game to access it or is this a separate issue? I have Bf1 for Xbox One.

Battlelog is not used for BF1, the online stat tracking portion for BF1 is the Battlefield companion app located at https://www.battlefield.com/companion

If https://www.battlefield.com/companion is not loading for you make sure that you turn off any popup, flash, and script blockers, whitelist the domain in your firewall, or try another browser to see if it loads in there. There is also a mobile app for phone and tablet devices as well.

Since you are on console, did you link your Xbox Live account with your Origin account? If not you'll need to do that before your stats show up in the Bf1 companion app.

Do you mean Battlefield Companion?
There isn't a Battlelog for Battlefield 1 that I'm aware of.
If you're speaking of the Battlefield Companion site, try clearing everything in your Web Browser (History, Cookies, etc)
Also, try using a different Web Browser if you have one available.

Same reply or not I tried it on internet explorer and it wont even load the base site, chrome at least showed the site but it never loaded and my phone app works fine but I'm trying to make an emblem or two and the phone isnt the best method for that.

Are you using any internet security software on your PC that might be preventing the page from loading\performing as intended?
