Battlelog emblem shows but not the Companion app emblem
Like the name implies I've been dealing with this issue for the pasted three days now. I can put a circle on battle log and it shows up on my gear but I put up these cute emblems that took me hours to edit just right on the battle companion app and the circle that's on battlelog stays. I've scoured the forums for a fix and when I found someone sharing my problems the "Supposed fix" Didn't work even remotely.
Secondly, whenever I'm actually in the menus looking through the various options of the game ill go to my soldier tab I'll see my companion emblem as seen in the image below.
However, when im PHYSICALLY in a game it shows what my emblem is in the battlelog or in this case the flag of the country im playing as.
Things done to try and fix the issue that has failed.
- Clear the origin client cache.
- Deleted all emblems on Battlelog.
- Repairing Battlefield.
- Switch between emblems repeatedly in Companion app.
- Switch between emblems repeatedly in Companion app on mobile.
- Making a new emblem in Companion app both on mobile and on PC
- Waiting several days for it to sync.
- Called with a support ticket.
