This issue is known, can you please contact the server admin and tell him to re-boot the server or to re-start it, this should kick you out and solve the problem.
You can also wait till the server crashes, but that can take time.
Only other thing is to wait till the support team contacts you.
This is also happening to me. How do I contact the server admin?
@AF_Medic79 @KlokateerClaire Since there are no server admins on PS3 or any console yet besides DICE, You would have to wait until the server crashes, Try re joining the server that the game thinks you are connected to then leave it or wait till a match ends. Or wait until the support team contacts you back. Or you can also wait until the server empties out or crashes like xxo said above.
