battlelog ping service blocked

Would you please tell me which service is required for the ping on bf4/battlelog?

my firewall/antivir blocks the hidden service though i manually allowed all active services regarding battlefield.

so either its a hidden service or some other * going on.

the problem that occurs it a) i dont see pings from servers and b) i get kicked on ping protected servers because no ping = high ping. (dumb programming what else)

so the question is which service is needed to show my ping ingame and on battlelog.

to all mods: please just answere if you have at least i slight idea/knowledge on how bf4 works and dont come up with "try restart your pc" or such *.

i know that the only problem is a service thats running that i cant find manually.

    I've had this happen before on one browser but others worked, does this happen on all of your browsers?

    yes. as said its not a problem of another program or windows.

    its a service from either battlefield, origin or punkbuster.

    it disables the ping not only in the battlelog but also ingame.

    as i am nice, here is a list of all bf4 related services:

    2x Origin Core services

    pbsvc.exe

    bf4.exe

    bf4x86.exe

    2x origin.exe

    2x originclientservice.exe

    2x punkbstrA

    punkbstrB

    activationUI.exe

    did i miss anything? wow 13 services to run a single instance of a game?

    also browser and all programs needed to run (like flash, java or whatever) are allowed as well.

    It could be your ISP blocking it as well, we've had many players comment that when they contacted their ISP their ISP was able to allow ping to be displayed so you many wish to make a call to them as well. An additional possibility is that you have a level of security set up in your router that is blocking pings.

    no it works fine as soon as i turn off my firewall program / antivir. (and no, everything else works fine and is allowed)

    and yes - even on "windows" connection bf4 is allowed. its just a service that get blocked by my internet security program.

    just to clarify - nothing, literally nothing else is affected by this. no dips in connectivity, no programs blocked.

    thats why i ask for someone who has any idea which correlations the ping has with any services. (just bf4/origin/pb services)
