battlelog doesn t recognize my bf4 premium account, i play the new maps, and get the weapons, premium battlepacks and camos (ingame), but can t use the premium emblems or logos, and there is no "premium" near the name in battlelog.

I just looked at your profile and it shows that you do not have Premium but have the China Rising Installed.
Please contact EA help at http://help.ea.com/en/battlefield/battlefield-4/. You can spek with a game advisor either via live chat or at a number that they can call you back at. They ar ethe only one that can help you with your issue.
