    Ok, I finally got BF4 working. 

    I did a clean reinstall of Windows 7. Everythings is working fine for me now. :D

    Probably had a corrupt Windows registry or file somewhere.

Still can't play BF4. I'm still stuck on "joining server". I've waited for almost 15mins and still nothing. I've Googled, Youtubed and pretty much search everywhere! Tried ALL the fixes, cleared my cache, cookies EVERYTHING in Google Chrome, cleared out registery using CCCleaner, disabled firewall and anti virus, restarted PC... almost anything you can think off.

Last thing I need is to reinstall BF4 finding out later it still doesn't work...

I had no problems whatsoever untill I installed Naval Strike on Origin. sigh
