Battlelog Sign in Help

I have Battlefield 4 on the Xbox 1 and just tried to sign into Battlelog using my gamertags email address, but when I did this it took me to this random profile that I'm on now. I just got Battlefile...

    I am really sorry for those troubles, linking your accounts. In case, you want to link your Gamertag with another EA Account, you will need to get in touch with EA Advisers directly. They can link your accounts in no time.

Hi @Player_tg3o5fh8!

Please note that Ea account and Microsoft/Xbox account are different things.

In the battlelog you need to log in with your Ea account (linked to your gamertag) credentials and not with your gamertag.

Maybe this is a old account you've created with the same credentials of your Xbox account. 

Try to log in Battlelog with the name you use in-game.
