Hello, If you go on the main page of the battlelog, and click the box (where you see your soldier and level) it should take you to your overview.
From there on the right side of "skill" you should see your soldier again. Just click on him and you should see 2 options (depending where your mouse is). If its high then you will get an option to customize your emblem and if its low you'll see an option to customize your soldier portrait. Thats the one you want to click. From there you see options such as "reset" , tag, emblem , dog tags and the soldier portrait. Select soldier portrait and a window should pop up. You can scroll down and choose which one you want, then click it (it should have a white background), click "close" then under or above the emblem "save".
There you go.
Another way is to go on your overview from the battelog, above the battlepack button is a "customize" option, from there just go to portrait and click on the portrait option (on the left of the dogtag option) and
a window should pop up. You can scroll down and choose which one you want, then click it (it should have a white background), click "close" then under or above the emblem "save".
There maybe other ways but thats the way I do it. 🙂
- Do you have more than one soldier on your Battlelog account such as playing on PC and console? If you do that is potentially the issue as soldier portraits are soldier\platform specific for the solider that unlocked it.
Now ALL of my premium portraits are just gone
I have one PS3 and one PS4 profile but no new portraits on any of them
I know how to change it but when I go to change it there are no new ones
