Battlelog Web Plugin Issues or installation

i have initially installed the game then installed and reinstalled the game over three times along with the battlelog plugin yet when reaching the launch in battleog i get that little blue loading bar at the bottom of the screen (like everybody else does) after a couple or seconds it opens battlefield but after a couple seconds after opening a notification pops up saying unfortunately the game has stoped working and then forces me to close the battlefield window leaving me unable to even see the start menu in battlefield.

  • finn0851, try the following:

    - Make sure you download and install the latest Battlelog plugins.
1: First uninstall the old Battlelog plugin by going to "Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features" and removing "battlelog web plugin".
2: Then log-in using Origin and go to battlelog page where you'll be prompted to download the latest web plugin (once you try to join a multiplayer server using the multiplayer server browser).
3: After you have installed this Plugin you should clear your cache, exit your browser.
4: Then, restart your browser and re-login to Origin to ensure a proper install.
5: If this doesn't work then you should try a different browser (Chrome/Maxthon/Firefox, etc)

-Make sure that you have latest version of flash installed http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?no_redirect

    -Reinstall Punkbuster.
    Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4 and select pbsv.exe . Choose 'reinstall'
