Battlescreen freezes PC when starting BF4

Question

When I start Battlescreen as I'm joining a game everything freezes. I'll get to the loadout page in BF4 when, not only the game freezes, but my whole PC freezes! I can't move my mouse or Ctrl+Alt+Delete or anything and I need to restart my computer. If I'm in game and I start Battlescreen, however, no problems. I'd love a fix, but I'd mostly like DICE to be aware of a problem.

Okay could you please delete your Battlescreen application from your screen,&nbsp;clear your browser cache and/or try a different browser. Reinstall your webplugins for battlelog. Get sure that you have disabled all ad and application blocking software in your browser and using the latest version of Adobe Flash.
