Battlescreen not working

i also have a galaxy tab 3 and it does not work on their either, just always says loading...
anyone ever heard of a fix for this?
I would check the servers you are playing are not hardcore. I have an ipad3 as my second monitor and either the battlescreen is crap (except when it works it is lovely) OR
it doesn't work because the minimap is disabled on hardcore servers (pressing M for the map isn't). Am therefore guessing that the battlescreen is linked to mini map status.
