Battlfeild one digital deluxe battlepacks not showing up

The battlepacks that the early enlister deluxe edition that i paid an extra 20$ for are not showing up in game. Very dissapointed.

@tGxTarsand What system are you playing on? Did you get the other Deluxe Edition items such as the Red Baron pack?

Playstation 4, i have not revieced any of the bonus stuff

Is there anything extra i need to do to get the battlepacks and other bonus stuff? i tried to look at the Early enlister edition in the PS store, but it seems to be bugged, flashing download and other stuff, i cant really navigate it

Forgot to mention that i pre-ordered digitally

I assumed it would just show up. Do i have to do anything?
