Be careful!!

Be careful!!

I was suspended, without using Hack.
I was only 6 dead and then I destroyed a tank with the Martini Henry Sniper on a server with 200 bullet damage.

I get this message:

FairFight
1 Week
Suspensionb LvL 3
Monitoring Active # 0328...

(Sorry, I only speak Spanish, this, I translated it with Google.)

I've been playing Sniper for 12 years. And I realize when they use Hacks. Interestingly, I was complaining last night on several servers, because there were several players who evidently used programs. They were going to kill me even if I was hiding, or just peeping out the head I got bullets. Some carried more than 50 deaths and no one does anything to them. This is ridiculous.

  • Hey @-DUBH-WOLF-

First and foremost. I am sorry this has happened to you. If the ban indeed came for blowing up a tank with an elephant gun, I have to say that is both unfortunate but also kind of hilarious. Tragicomic would be the word I am after. I mean.. I can totally see from Fairfight's point of view how and/or why this would be a bannable offense but.. Sounds like Fairfight quite isn't calibrated for the custom game modes if this is the case.

    Anyways.

If you think like you were suspended by a mistake, mail to lets_talk@ea.com about it. Here's a guidance what would be best to include on your mail and guidance in general : https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

About the BF1 ban codes and the reasonings as to why they may ban/suspend people, this link has some general explanations : https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/battlefield/battlefield-1/battlefield-1-ban-codes/

If you have been banned by a mistake, I'll give you at least my own sympathies. No legit player should ever get banned. Anticheats need to be strict in order to catch players in a game where there are constantly people attempting to use cheats but they are always prone to errors.

It's a good idea you send a mail to them even if it ends up being a one week waiting period anyway for the simple fact that the punishments are cumulative and it would do good for you to get your name cleared.

    Good luck.
