I have completed the assignment and it show they unlock yet they wont open ..i tried everything and e.a wont help they saying nothing they can do it sad i unlock them yet cant use them

But your Battlelog profile does not indicate that you have accomplished the requirements for those unlocks just yet.

So though hypothetical possible that you and your team could have won that single match that you ever joined in on for just a very few minutes, its most likely that you did not.
And that is also consistent when checking on your awards for Air Superiority, where it shows that you have not yet won a single round or ribbon for that game type. And that is required as baseline for completing the assignment that you refer to:
