Those skins are indeed auto equipped on your vehicles, once you are in the driver`s seat. Just in case, check this article here on how to install all your bonus content on PlayStation 4. Make sure everything is downloaded for your game.

Strange, I have played 350+ hours but never recognized the skins while driving the Behemoth.
Have to test it ingame and look closely.
By the way I use the PC Version, so I guess I won´t have the bonus content install problem. But thanks nevertheless.
