bf 1 soldier levels have reset how do i get them back

I have reached level 73 and my individual soldier levels ranged from lvl 4 to lvl 11. Then yesterday they all reset to 0. I now canot customize any of my soldiers. How can I get them back

    This is a known issue, join a match and then you can customize your soldier and purchase weapons with war bonds as everything will be present.

    Same subject : All-soldier-level-is-zero

    "For some players it indeed looks like their stats were reset as you mentioned.

    This seems to be caused by a desynch with our servers and should return by playing some online matches". from EA_Help

    Hi,it doesnt return to the lvl i was,nether is my friends .And i played like over 50 games.still same,and also it says i dont have warbonds.I got 6K +.My regards
