BF 1942 Black Screen Erro Windows 10 x64

I have three notebooks and all have enough capacity to run the BF 1942 but the most powerful notebook is in trouble when trying to play, when the game is good to carry loading the game it is paralyzed in a black screen, the only way to close is opening a New desktop through the Windows + TAB key, and closing the game by the Task Manager. However I found a partial solution, I noticed that when I delete and create a new profile the game loads normally without any problem. What I can do to solve this problem, the two other notebooks that the game still works it used previously Windows 7 and were logged into Windows 10, and that way the game still work without problem, already this nobeook I'm trying to play , A clean install of the game was done directly in Windows 10. Anyway what I should do I am really wanting to play BF1942 on the notebook that I am actively using, sorry for my bad English.
