BF 2142 code redeem help

Hi, I tried to redeem my store bought copy of 2142 today and was un able to activate it for whatever reason. It is my understanding that this happens often with older EA games and Origin, so I was directed towards the Answer HQ to try to get it activated.

I appreciate any help you can give me, thanks!

Go to following website and activate your code there. If you have trouble or had an old EA ID connected to the game but linked to a different e-mail address, get in contact with one of our Game Advisor.
As we are a public and community driven board, we are not able to activate your gamecode or help you with account details and game entitlements.
