BF 4 Installed but didn't?

So I pre loaded BF 4, but when it came time to play tonight the button just kept saying install. When I click it the install bar comes up for about a second and nothing happens. Sometimes it asks if origin can make changes to my computer, but long story short I can't install the game. Even though it said my pre install was complete after I did it. I remembered I never uninstalled beta, so I figured that might be the problem. Uninstalled and went back to install and no go. I can't even find BF 4 in my list of programs to uninstall to try to reinstall the whole thing.
