BF 4 Keeps Freezing But I Still Hear Music

I've been searching up help the whole day but I can't seem to find anything, sorry if this is not the right place to ask but I just need some help.

I've recently bought Origin Access because I've greatly enjoyed the Battlefield One Beta and want to try Battlefield 4, the only problem is whenever I start up the game a few seconds into the match (at deploy screen) my game freezes. I can still move my mouse around and alt+tab but it does not change screens and for some reason I can't close the game at all.

Does anybody know what the problem could be? I've reinstalled it twice, and ran the repair via Origin but it still freezes every time I try to play. I can play Battlefield One on Ultra perfectly but could it be that my computer is the problem?

Computer Specs:

Processor: i5 4690k 3.5 GHz

RAM: 16GB

GPU: GTX 970 4.0 GB

OS: Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit

The game freezes in the first 10 seconds after loading in the server, I can tab in and out sometimes but the game is frozen, I can hear the sound and music playing and all background music or websites still work?
